Thank you for shopping with THE UNAPLGT SHOP, operated by Exquisite Writing Guru LLC. We take pride in creating products designed with intention and care.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
Print-on-Demand Products
Certain products may be printed and fulfilled specifically for your order. Because these items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect selections, or change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
All physical and print-on-demand product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect product, size, color, or quantity selected by the customer
- Failure to review product descriptions or specifications before purchasing
- Personalized, limited-edition, preorder, or made-to-order products
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the applicable fulfillment provider.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already entered production or fulfillment cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Because some products are automatically submitted to our production and fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated after an order is placed.
PREORDERS
Preorders are reserved specifically for the customer and are considered final sale. Estimated production and shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, fulfillment, or carrier circumstances.
SHIPPING
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
THE UNAPLGT SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
